Event Terms & Conditions

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death.
2. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and officials from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that I may suffer.
3. Medical Clearance: I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before participating.
4. Emergency Response: I grant permission to event staff and medical personnel to provide emergency medical treatment if necessary.
5. Course and Weather Conditions: I understand that the course and weather conditions may be challenging and potentially hazardous.
6. Kindly chose the event category carefully. Registrations confirmed are non –refundable, Non- transferable and cannot be modified.
7. Event organisers will be sending information regarding the event on the mobile number provided by the participant in the registration form. This should not be treated as a spam and participant would not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider

Photography and Videography:

I grant permission to the event organizers and sponsors to use photographs and videos of me taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes

Registration and Participation:

By registering for the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the event. I understand that participation in the event is at my own risk.

Governing Law

This disclaimer and waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this disclaimer and waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jaipur, Rajasthan].

Cancellation Policy

The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, registration fees may not be refundable.

By registering for the Cross Country Run ON 16^TH Nov 2025, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Acknowledgement
