Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a
straightforward return and replacement policy.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

• Defective or Damaged Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.
• Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition and packaging.
• Exchanges will be for equal or higher value products only; partial exchanges are not allowed.
• Processing takes approximately 10-12 business days.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Shipping and COD charges for Cash on Delivery orders are non-refundable.
• Valid & approved refunds will be processed within 15 days.
• Refunds will NOT be processed if:
  1. Product is as ordered and not defective.
  2. Request is after 7 days of delivery.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Customer cancellations allowed within 24 hours if not shipped.
• We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders for verification, suspicious activity, pricing, or
  inventory issues.
• Cancelled orders refunded to original payment method; promotional discounts may not be
  refunded.
